   • Guests are eligible for a 90% refund on the total booking amount if the cancellation is made up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
2. Cancellation Timeframe:
   • To qualify for the 90% refund, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
3. Refund Processing:
   • Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method used for the booking.
4. Late Cancellations:
   • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
5. No-Shows:
   • Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.
6. Modification Policy:
   • Changes to the reservation dates or other details are subject to availability and may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Communication:
   • Guests are encouraged to communicate any changes or cancellations as soon as possible to ensure the best possible service.
